The Infertility Doula, Alexandra Hamrick, is a third-generation Endometriosis survivor & infertility warrior. After getting her first period at 9 years old, her symptoms kicked in quickly. Alexandra’s mother and maternal grandmother both had severe Endometriosis and underwent early age hysterectomies as the only treatment. Upon receiving an official diagnosis of Stage 3+ Endometriosis at age 30, she also received an infertility diagnosis.

After 5 years of treatments, Alexandra & her husband, Charles welcomed their baby boy, John Harper Hamrick in August 2023. He was conceived via IVF.

These experiences motivated Alexandra to become an advocate for people suffering from endometriosis and also for people who are seeking to build their dream families with an infertility diagnosis. This combined with a passion for birth work, led to this path — a Fertility Doula.
