Fertility Clarity Session

One conversation.
A clearer next step.

A focused 60-minute online coaching session for the question, appointment, or decision taking up space in your mind right now.

A place to begin

We can start with one conversation.

Bring the question you keep returning to. We will sort what belongs with your care team and what kind of practical support could make the next few days easier.

When one hour could help

Bring the real question.

Maybe you want to prepare for a conversation with your OB-GYN, midwife, or fertility doctor. Maybe you are sorting through IVF logistics, nutrition books, a new test you heard about, or how to ask loved ones for support.

We will focus on what you can do next, which questions belong with a clinician, and what support would make the coming days easier. There is room for the feelings that come with all of that.

What to expect

A useful hour, shaped around you.

Tell me where you are

We begin with the situation you want help thinking through. You can share only what feels useful.

Sort the questions

We identify what is known, what still feels unclear, and which questions need your licensed care team.

Choose practical next steps

Leave with a short, realistic list of conversations, resources, or support requests to consider.

This is coaching and education, not a medical consultation, therapy session, or test interpretation. No pregnancy or treatment outcome is promised.

Common questions.

Do I need to be in IVF?

No. This session can support TTC, preparation for fertility care, an active IVF cycle, or pregnancy after infertility.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Only the question or situation you want to discuss. You may jot down notes if it helps, but there is no required homework.

Will you tell me which test or treatment to choose?

No. We can organize information and questions for your clinician. Your licensed care team advises on tests and treatment.

Can I ask about ongoing support afterward?

Yes. If a private program or Circle seems useful, we can discuss fit and availability. There is no requirement to enroll.
