A life with meaning,
right in the middle of waiting.
Five free journal prompts for the days when trying to conceive seems to take up every corner of your life. Take what helps and leave the rest.
You are more than the next result.
There is no right way to feel while trying to conceive. You may be hopeful, exhausted, angry, grateful, numb, or all of those in one afternoon. Joy is not an assignment. These prompts are a way to make a little space for yourself.
Name what has been crowded out
What part of your ordinary life do you miss most right now? You do not need a plan to bring it back yet.
Remember what still feels like you
Which people, places, activities, or values remind you that you are a whole person?
Choose one small moment
What is one realistic thing you might enjoy or find meaningful this week, even if it lasts only ten minutes?
Ask for a different kind of support
What could someone else take off your plate? What could they say less often?
Make room for both
Finish this sentence if it helps: “I can long for a child, and today I can also …”
You can skip every prompt, return another day, or talk them through with someone you trust. None of this changes your worth or determines a fertility outcome.
Want support that fits your actual life?
Fertility Foundations pairs practical preparation with a personal plan for your relationships, routines, and sources of meaning while TTC. If you are already in IVF or pregnant after infertility, there is a program for that stage too.
You do not have to wait to feel supported.
We can start with the question, feeling, or part of life that needs attention now.
